For 20 years, TCM has been partnering with HR and ER teams to deliver conflict management consultancy, workplace mediation services, neutral evaluations and specialist HR, ER and OD training. TCM’s expert consultants design progressive HR and ER strategies, practices, and policies. We also deliver world class training and transformational consultancy for people and culture teams. Leaders and managers are required to manage complex issues such as change, conflict and performance. TCM’s bespoke training programmes align management behaviours with your core values and strategy. TCM delivers accredited workplace mediation training plus short courses: investigation skills, negotiation and difficult conversations etc. All courses can be tailored and they are run onsite or at The TCM Academy.
