What we do

We produce deep insights of enterprise Telecom invoices, contracts, and services and use these insights to fuel their growth.

We have developed a proprietary system that allows us to automate the most difficult aspects of interpreting large-scale Telecom accounts. This drives significant cost savings using pricing analytics and deep decision trees to evaluate contracts and service consumption, fast cost recovery from billing mistakes and missed obligations by interrogating invoices and services at a granular node level, and simplified account management processes using our recommendation engine and the elegant UX on our platform.

Our system works for our customers in a three-stage process – Uncover, Optimise, Monitor.

First, we “uncover” by using enhanced data to connect a neural network of invoices, contracts, and services to make deep insight and analytics possible. We use this connection to produce deep insights of clients expenses and the many processes embedded in their contract.

By producing deep insights of a client’s expenses and their contract’s processes, we “optimise” by feeding a decision system that’s there to work out how to enact cost savings and account management month-on-month. It produces executive-friendly summaries and detailed operational reports. The decision system is personalised to each client and is flexible with additional data they want to feed it, allowing the client to focus on the rest of their business.

Finally, we “monitor” the client’s benefits every month. We provide a managed service to enact changes with their supplier, and continually run our optimisation processes to monitor if any tweaks are required to ensure the client reaches their best results.
