Horizon, St. Helier, Jersey
280 new build iconic luxury, waterside 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments including penthouses constructed between 3 high rise towers.  The development also comprises of ground floor level commercial, retail and restaurant units plus 2 levels of basement car park.  Building services project value £21.5M.

St. Mary’s Junior School, St. Marys, Jersey
New build and refurbishment of existing grade 2 listed school over 4 phases whilst occupied by teaching staff and children.  Design and installation of mechanical and public health services including a comprehensive category 2 commercial sprinkler system.  Building services project value £2.7M.

Royal Bank of Canada Gaspe’ House, St. Helier, Jersey
Simultaneous construction and category ‘A’ & ‘B’ mechanical and electrical services fit out of a highly serviced office development whilst it was being constructed.  Design of 11,000V/400V electrical infrastructure and switchgear, standby generators, uninterruptable power supplies, building management system, conventional and emergency lighting system, fire alarm system and security system was undertaken.  Building services project value £12M.

Channel Island Co-Operative Society Grand Marche St. Helier, Jersey
A major mechanical and electrical services refurbishment of a large dual tenanted retail building was undertaken whilst open to the public.  Key design elements were the replacement of existing incandescent and fluorescent luminaires with Light Emitting Diode (LED) luminaires, Variable Rate Flow (VRV) heating/cooling heat pump system and latest technology refrigeration systems.  All of this equipment had advanced energy saving characteristics and contributed towards the Co-operative Society’s sustainability and green agenda.  The existing lighting management system was adapted such that the ground floor retail area could be scene set to ‘shopping’, ‘shelf stacking and ‘cleaning mode’ to further save energy.  Building services project value £5.7M.

Jersey Archives, St. Helier, Jersey
New build and refurbishment of existing archives building whilst occupied by staff and public.  Construction of 3 new strong rooms to perform within prescribed exacting environmental criteria. Design of bespoke VESDA early warning fire alarm, Inergen fire suppression, de-humidification, building management and lighting systems.  Building services project value £2.2M.

Main Support Operation Emergency and Operation Centre, Kuwait City, Kuwait
500m2 security compound comprising of kennels for 200 dogs, dog training compound, animal surgery and operation room and quarantine area, crisis management administration buildings, dormitory, restaurant, mosque, fuel station C4i Building, fire brigade administration and headquarters, fire officer training area and communications tower.  Building services project value £43M.

Salesforce Tower (Heron Tower), London, England
New build high rise 46 storey speculative Category ‘A’ office development, comprising of 440,000 sq ft of office space designed on separate standalone 3 storeys, atrium linked villages, sky bar and restaurant, ground floor and mezzanine floor restaurants, BREEAM Excellent rating, high rise veil of photo voltaic cells on south façade, Category ‘B’ spin off fit out designs and installations.  Building services project value £89M.

Savoy Hotel, London, England
Refurbishment of back of house electrical and mechanical services infrastructure for the Fairmont Hotel Group, incorporating new CHP plant, package substation, standby generator, and chillers. Building services project value £3.25M.

Lloyd’s Building, City of London, England
Incumbent M&E Consultant for an iconic building, refurbishment and fit out of showers, toilet areas, main kitchen, restaurant and seating areas, office lighting installation.  Fit out of office floors as syndicate/insurance broker leases expire.  Building services project value £1.75M.
