OA&R is a specialist advisory business, providing high quality advisory services on a people-oriented service driven basis to our clients. Whether it is Advisory or Resolution services, our service provision evolves from our understanding of the client, their people and the problem requiring insight. This requires a clear understanding of the client’s needs and the stakeholders involved, it often results in a bespoke solution.
Advisory and Resolution support provided:
Advisory – OA&R’s predominant field of involvement is in the construction related insurance sector (working with Insurers, Adjusters and Brokers on complex losses) and the construction related claims and disputes arena (Adjudication, Arbitration, Litigation if required).
We provide advisory services to support the commercial resolution of construction project insurance claims resulting from complex insurance losses, we also support the commercial resolution of construction related claims and disputes. In all cases we provide independent advice and insight to our clients, to assist them in establishing options in achieving the most practicable resolution of the issue at hand.
OA&R provide services to insurers, contractors and employers with specific regard to matters of Time (project delays or delay analysis) and Cost (or analysis of quantum) on Construction and Infrastructure projects. This includes government bodies when such support is required.
Resolution - We work to facilitate achieving the resolution of a particular issue, we seek to take the D out of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). We look to work with all parties to find that alternative resolution to an issue. We facilitate the resolution of issues that may involve multiple parties and/or stakeholders.
This service is stand alone and the mediator is independent of the parties involved, the mediator works to facilitate the participants resolution of a particular issue. Matters mediated are generally commercial in nature and our mediator is also qualified in workplace mediation.
