ITDA is a UK-based learning and development specialist, established in 1989, helping organisations improve self-awareness, communication, leadership and team effectiveness.

ITDA became the first authorised UK representative for DiSC assessments and works with Wiley's Everything DiSC® suite of behavioural development solutions. We are part of Wiley's global learning partner network and also provide The Five Behaviors® team development programme.

For more than 35 years, we have supported organisations across the UK and Ireland, as well as international teams, providing practical behavioural development solutions that can be applied in the workplace long after the initial intervention.
