Welcome to Hunnings Consultancy

Working to assist departments and agencies improve Profitability & Manage Risk - specifically with regard to Strategic approach and better use of their Resources, be that Staff or Operating Systems, Processes and Procedures. Also the Implementation & Training on new Case Management Systems. Our approach is holistic - to challenge and improve both the assumptions, processes and getting the most out of staff who operate them. We enjoy both Strategic Review and the nitty-gritty of making the improvements happen. Once we have worked with you, we want to keep in touch, support you and see you grow and succeed. If we don't have the expertise in house, we are likely to know someone we can recommend.

Ingemar Hunnings is the principal consultant. He worked as a solicitor in private practice 24 years. He was an Equity Partner for 14 years, Head of a Department of 60 staff (litigators), Member of the Board & Compliance & Quality Manager. He is a qualified Civil & Commercial Mediator & a Non-Executive Director.

During his time managing in a law firm, he became convinced of the power of Strategic Thinking and Process Improvement to transform performance. The Business Analysis came about as a natural extension of doing his job well and as a necessity for navigating and adapting the business through a period of huge change. Generall we find that what we are asked to achieve normally boils down to Profit Improvement and Risk Management. Since setting up the consultancy in 2014, we have assisted over 250 businesses.

We are passionate about making organisations work better. Although thinking and planning before you start on something is absolutely crucial, delivery is everything. What does one need: clear analysis, goal setting and management, investment in resources, which includes the skills of the people involved.
