Originally formed in 2001 and rebranded as The Contact Centre Limited in 2007, the team have been providing end to end recruitment solutions within the customer contact arena for almost two decades.
Having all previously worked in contact centres ourselves, we can identify the skills and tenacity Advisors require, and the natural and inspirational leadership Managers need, to be successful in this continually changing and dynamic arena.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT
Whether you require a Senior Manager to lead a period of change or a Team Leader to mentor your Customer Service Advisors we have the network to identify your candidate. As well as our extensive database of Contact Centre professionals built up over the past 20 years we are continually growing those numbers with regular exhibitions and events as well as memberships of some of the biggest forums in the industry such as the UKCCF.
We also offer both Search and Advertising functionality should your need be specific to require a dedicated campaign. This is often the case where particular skills are required such as technology or languages for instance.

VOLUME RECRUITMENT
The Volume Division have successfully recruited for teams of 10 Agents to 150+ across the UK in Financial Services, Outsourcing and Utilities. The team are able to design the recruitment experience around client requirements depending on numbers, location and in house time and capability. This can include initial advertising response and telephone short listing through to complete management of the campaign to include assessment and induction days.
