TTL is a dynamic specialist environmental services company, with many years of unrivalled expertise and knowledge, offering an uncompromising service to all clients within water, asbestos, geotechnical soil testing and fire compliance markets. The technical knowledge and expertise held within the business is a fundamental resource that allows us to help clients to remain compliant making TTL market leaders in their field. We have worked in a range of special circumstances, including schools, hospitals, emergency situations and working with vulnerable people. The Water division of TTL provides a complete range of LCA accredited services for water safety including, legionella risk assessments, awareness training, water hygiene monitoring and sampling, tank cleaning, potable disinfections, and all aspects of remedial works.
The Asbestos division of TTL provides UKAS accredited testing (fibre counting, air monitoring, 4- stage clearance, bulk sample analysis, water absorption and asbestos in soils) and asbestos inspection (surveying) where our trained operatives carry out management, refurbishment and pre-demolition asbestos surveys including repeat inspections to all property sectors (domestic, commercial, and industrial). We are currently one of a handful of companies able to offer all asbestos services for testing and inspection covered by UKAS accreditation. The Geotechnical division of TTL provides UKAS accredited testing and reporting to either ISO 17892 or BS1377 – Methods of test for soils for Civil Engineering purposes. Read more about us

Soil Testing Lab Services at The Testing Lab Analytical
A comprehensive range of soil testing services is provided for a variety of industry sectors from our specialist environmental testing lab facility.
Our testing laboratories have been built to operate for processing large volumes of samples to tight reporting deadlines.
We can accept soil samples originating from across the globe and offer a Soil sample
We look to undertake environmental testing analyses for contaminated land, top soil, borehole and surface water and gas monitoring assessments. In addition, WAC testing and leachate analyses. The Testing Lab can accept soil, groundwater, surface water, sewage and effluents, leachates, gases, dust, asbestos and waste materials samples for environmental testing.

Our specialist contaminated land laboratory are well equipped with sophisticated analytical instrumentation including ICP-MS, GC-FID, GC-MS/MS, GC-MS headspace, CFA and Discrete Colorimetric, Elemental Analyser, XRF,XRD Analysers operated by highly qualified and experienced analysts.
