Established in 1996, Vtech Systems Ltd provides electronic safety systems for commercial vehicles and plant, providing protection for vulnerable road users on our busy UK roads whilst protecting vehicles against false insurance claims and vandalism.

Our safety systems can be found on commercial vehicles throughout the highways of the United Kingdom. Using the latest technology to ensure that a fast and efficient service is delivered as expected and on time. The Vtech team are ambassadors for the above values and this is reflected at every level of the service we provide to our customers.

DESIGN

• Vtech Systems has engineering at its heart. We understand when there is a need for an engineering solution and we have the skill set to deliver it. After careful consultation with our customers and operators we are able to propose solutions from bespoke single projects to large fleet requirements. We then take great care to ensure that where possible systems are future proofed and reviewed to ensure the latest technology is always employed.

INSTALLATION

• Vtech Systems are completely committed to the continued training and development of all our staff. Our engineers are all registered with the MESF (Mobile Electronics Security Federation) and are working through the VECP (Vehicle Electronics Certification Programme). Through this, and our in-house product training and development, we ensure our staff remain qualified and competent, enabling them to provide both the level of service and detailed installations required. We ensure consistency across all our engineer operations with precise and detailed installation guides and procedures. This, coupled with our audited processes, ensures that the delivered solution is exact, suitable and reliably functional.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

• Vtech Systems understand the needs and pressures on working vehicles. As a result our warranty team will aim to deliver a service to suit your operation. We work with all our customers to ensure we can deliver the correct Service Level Agreement for their operation.
