About Us
CSP stands for The Combined Services Provider. It also stands for Caring, Safe, Professional, representing Our Values. We specialise in providing services to both venues and static sites including Car Parking, Internal and External Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) Solutions, Security, Stewarding, Cash & Audit and Consultancy Services. Whilst our range of services has grown, Car Park/Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) and Security/Stewarding represent our core areas of expertise.
We secured our first major venue contract in 1994 and, since those early days, we’ve added numerous prestigious clients to our portfolio and now provide a range of services to some of the UK’s most memorable sporting and entertainment events and venues.
With our wealth of knowledge and experience of the event industry, we fully understand the complexities of major events and green field site operations, where an irregular event calendar, numerous ingress and egress patterns, varying staffing levels and continued innovation all add to the challenge. We also understand the management and maximising of commercial opportunities at static parking sites.
We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to the varying demands placed at each of our venues and ensuring that the same high quality service is delivered for all, whether attended by 100,000 or 100 visitors. Big enough to do the job, small enough to care!!
Services
Since 1994, CSP has expanded its range of services and developed key supplier/partner relationships with numerous key brands, both nationally and internationally such as The O2, IMG, Twickenham Stadium, Alexandra Palace, London Stadium (Olympic Park): Racecourses including Ascot, Epsom Downs, Sandown Park, Kempton Park, Newmarket, Newbury, Royal Windsor, Towcester and Chepstow: Football/Rugby Clubs including Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Crystal Palace FC, Watford FC, Birmingham City FC, Reading FC and Harlequins RFC: Venues such as Beaulieu, The Forestry Commission sites, The Imperial War Museum, Duxford and Brooklands: Golf tournaments such as The BMW at Wentworth, The British Open, The French Open, The Irish Open, The Ryder Cup: Static parking at Hatton Garden, Twickenham and Workspace sites: And special events such as The UEFA Champions League, 2011,2013 and 2017, The Olympics and Paralympics 2012, The Rugby World Cup 2015, The Prudential Ride London and The London Marathon.

In 2004, CSP achieved Investors in People accreditation which has been regularly reviewed and retained, currently until 2020. The accreditation was awarded for the communication and commitment shown within our CSP team and for the company’s dedication to the development of our people as individuals. |
CSAS - Community Safety Accreditation Scheme CSP is one of few companies in the UK to be accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) to perform duties that include the use of police powers to control the safety of people and vehicle conflicts on live public roads. |
SIA - Approved Contractor Scheme CSP Ltd holds SIA Approved Contractor status for the provision of Door Supervisor, Security Guarding & Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) services. The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider’s operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to be independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined standards. |

National Outdoor Events Association CSP is a member of the NOEA, the UK’s leading outdoor events trade association. The association is dedicated to enhancing professionalism in the outdoor events industry through education, networking, lobbying, advice and creating business opportunities. |
ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard. The accreditation outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark consistent performance and service. CSP successfully has successfully transitioned to the 2015 standard. |

The United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA) was formed in 2001 to represent the interests of key commercial organisations whose primary business is providing crowd management and event security services. The organisation meets three times a year and provides a forum for all members to address the emerging challenges facing the industry. |
The BPA works hard to bring about collaboration between stakeholders, members and government to support local communities and improve compliance with regulations amongst those managing and using parking facilities. |
Registered Training Organisation In 2019, CSP was accredited as a Registered Training Organisation and commenced training and assessing its own Safety Stewards to NVQ Level 2 standard. This allows CSP to take accountability for it's own training rather than relying on external providers and extend its training programme into other accreditations, as well as the ability to apply for funding where available. |
