About Us
Wey Group International Ltd was originally established as “Wey Couriers” way back in 1982 by our current CEO, Chris Jacobs, to service the growing demand for Sameday Couriers that local businesses required.
Since the 1980’s in response to our customers’ needs, we constantly review our range of services; alongside the original UK Sameday Express, we added UK Overnight, International Courier & International Freight, Worldwide Imports, Europe-wide Sameday & AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Emergency Service.
We are still based within a mile of our original HQ. Our Retail Services, Sales, Accounts & Administration operate from our Byfleet Head Office whilst our Wholesale operations are based in Colnbrook adjacent to Heathrow Airport. Our vehicle fleet is limitless having the ability to use carefully vetted resources from all around the UK & Europe, we are not limited to the “mainstream” Motorcycles, Small Vans and Transits but can also provide Tail-Lifts, Box Vans, and any size of Lorry up to & including Artics.
WGI is an independent Company and we regularly undertake work for some of the biggest organisations in the World, small businesses & private individuals who just need a parcel moved.
What We Do
Since 1982 we’ve been making deliveries, we have gained great expertise, experience & knowledge and a vast network of associated Agents, Suppliers, Couriers & Partners that we know well and trust to work on our behalf and carry out work in the name of Wey Group International.
Since our first ever delivery, some data tapes to Buckinghamshire, we have responded to our customers’ demands, reviewing our range of services to make sure they match your demands; UK Sameday Express, UK Overnight, International Courier & International Freight, Worldwide Imports, Europe-wide Sameday & AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Emergency Service. Come to us with your delivery problem and we’ll resolve it for you.
We offer warehousing & storage, both pallet based and shelf storage for “pick n pack” services.
Our vehicle fleet is limitless having the ability to use carefully vetted resources from all around the UK & Europe, we are not limited to the “mainstream” Motorcycles, Small Vans and Transits but can also provide Tail-Lifts, Box Vans, and any size of Lorry up to & including Artics, and are proud to say that whoever or wherever you are we can get that consignment moved!
