We are a independent UK company specialising on customer care and service for all transport and Logistics requirements.

We have a focus on total solutions for our private and commercial customers, with no direct association with any principal or major logistic operator and whilst this allows us to have independence when obtaining rates/routings and service options we still maintain a network of worldwide agencies and partnerships that we have developed over the recent years, who are on constant call for assistance and local market knowledge.

We focus on customer requirements from source to delivery and pride ourselves in understanding both the shipper and consignee requirements in order to ensure that the services provided give our customers every opportunity to secure repeat business.

At HPAL we like to enter into partnerships with our clients and attain a hands on understanding of their requirements in order we can not only assist in the logistics process but also add real value with our knowledge and experience.

Logistics

We specialize in full & semi project parcels from site to door – co-ordination of cargoes from multiple destinations to project site/consignee door.

Handling of multiple modes of transport and the logistical, operational and commercial application that is necessary to ensure projects arrive both in a timely manner and with the elimination of stress.

We take a one to one approach and make an effort to understand the clients timescales, operating restrictions & requirements & progress a solution that suits – with a combination of expertise throughout our agency network & service partners.

A. Arranging specialist low loaders/SMPT vehicles for landside transport
B. Arranging charter / Liner Break-bulk solutions from/to most suitable ports

Container Shipments

The majority of commercial cargo seems to be moved in a box – we all know these come in a multitude of shapes/sizes and configurations – and very few areas of the world are unable to be reached by a container service.

We have access and volume deals with major worldwide container services be they short sea within Europe – deep sea to the Far East/Africa/Caribbean etc or cross trading between continents e.g. USA and India.

On all occasions we are able to assist with competitive pricing and flexible routing options to compliment your own requirements.

 

Break/Bulk and RoRo

If you have cargo that will not fit into a standard container then we can assist with economical and reliable service options worldwide.

We have a team dedicated and experienced in out of gauge cargo – providing a safe and price conscious service – we understand the issues that can be problematic for cargo that will not 'fit in a container' and we have the knowledge and expertise to make your shipments trouble free.

We manage parcels from collection to delivery as required in order to eliminate damage & claims.

 

Groupage & NVOC Services

With our network of agents worldwide are able to offer reliable and highly competitive services for Groupage cargo to/from around the globe – we are particularly strong in the Pacific Islands region where our focus and attention to service levels coupled with a competitive price structure makes us one of the key consolidators to the Pacific region.

 

Transport & Warehousing

HPAL has access to warehouses throughout the UK at main ports and regional hubs – we provide racking as required for our existing contracts and can adopt our warehouses to meet the volume requirements and cargo types necessary.

We operate UK wide agreements with strategic partners throughout the UK on our transport business and are able to adopt requirements for container/trailer/specialist van/heavy lift transport throughout the UK and Europe on a highly competitive and reliable basis.
