EdenMarsh is a full-service, boutique recruitment agency filled with genuine people who are genuine experts. We want to support the creative industry in a meaningful way; and believe all conversations have their place. So, we’re here for everything from the little career check-ins to the big industry-wide discussions.
And, although we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we do take our role seriously. We respect your time and keep our promises. Both our teams in London and Sydney will listen to what you say, treat you the right way, and use their creative expertise to help you flourish.

When you’re looking for someone to join your agency, it’s not just about WHAT they are, it’s WHO they are. We know everyone we have in print, digital, studio and clients services are talented and good at what they do, but we also know them as people. Their character, their goals, the things they do outside of work which make them special. We spend time getting to know them so we can build a better, fuller picture — one which goes beyond their CV or portfolio. That way, we’re well equipped to understand if they’ll be the right fit for you.
And the same goes for taking your brief. We’ll ask lots of questions and get into the nitty-gritty. If our 40 years combined experience has taught us anything, it’s that the better the brief, the better our chances of finding the right people you need.
