About Us
Established in 1978 we have over 45 years of experience in the materials handling industry and pride ourselves on our extensive and versatile product range and service parts. We have been the sole distribution partner of Heli Forklifts since 2001 for the whole of the UK.
Our company goals are achieved by supplying quality products at affordable prices. Through the teamwork of our dedicated employees, we are committed to maintain a stable and safe working environment while promoting employee training, achievement, and security.
Heli Forklifts
Founded in 1958, Heli is the 7th largest materials handling manufacturers in the world. They produce 512 products and 1700 different models and sell over 160,000 units annually to over 150 countries.
The product is made under strict ISO9001 certification standards within one of the largest and most technologically advanced forklift manufacturing facilities. The factory produces materials handling equipment ranging from 1 to 25-ton capacity and spare parts.
Groupe Monnoyeur
Grant Handling was acquired by Groupe Monnoyeur in April 2021. Groupe Monnoyeur have five operating divisions, one of which is the material handling division (Aprolis), which Grant Handling belong to. Established in 1906, the family-owned business is the leader in the capital goods and distribution services in the industrial and construction sectors, through their Bergerat Monnoyeur, Aprolis and IPSO divisions. Further to this their Eneria and Arkance divisions allow them to offer energy supplies and digitalization. Operating in 17 countries across three continents, Groupe Monnoyeur have over 6,500 employees with a turnover of over €2 Billion.
Aprolis
Grant Handling report under Aprolis, the materials handling solutions division of Groupe Monnoyeur. Aprolis offers one of the market’s widest range of forklifts and lifting equipment who aim to improve productivity of its customers by providing innovative solutions through forklift hire, sales and maintenance services. Aprolis operate in 7 different countries with over 2,000 employees, with a fleet of 40,000 equipment and a turnover of €400M turnover.
Product Range
Supplied with a full long-term warranty our forklift range comprises of three- and four-wheel electric forklift trucks from 1,500 kg to 10,000 kg capacity. Our Diesel powered forklift trucks range from 1,500kg to 25,000 kg and LPG/Gas powered forklift trucks from 1,500 kg to 7,000 kg. We also offer a comprehensive range of warehouse equipment.

We offer a nationwide service that includes carrying out surveys, new installations, maintenance and repair of industrial doors and dock leveller systems.

iDoor Solutions’ service and repair support network encompasses the whole country.
We offer 24-hour 7-day service via our centralized customer support line. Dependant on your geographical location, we offer guaranteed response time to all emergency callouts. For operational reliability and to ensure your doors and dock levellers are compliant with current workplace regulations we can provide fixed price servicinging back to you on anything that may affect the serviceably or safety of your equipment.
We will contact you to inform you when services are due and arrange for it to be carried out at a time suitable to your ongoing operation. We will also manage all your data ensuring that in the event of a problem all relevant service and repair data is up-to-date and available for inspection.
Finally, if required we can supply comprehensive key performance indicators for each piece of individual equipment serviced on your site showing downtime, servicing and expenditure on a ongoing basis.
