OPEX is an independent Facilities Management (FM) and Property/Asset Management consultancy known widely in the public sector and commercial markets, for high quality and reliable consultancy service and advice.
The practice has grown over the last 20 years developing considerable strength to enable it to undertake a wide range of FM Consultancy projects, both in size and technical requirements. Our development has always been led by our Directors and their desire to provide excellent collaborative services for their clients that reflect their priorities and business needs. This ensures we provide a clear and discernible value, leaving our client’s business stronger as a result of the relationship and our technical input, and knowledge.
What We Do Best
Opex advises its clients across many Facilities Management and Property Management requirements. We have an excellent understanding of client corporate and business activities and are equally at home advising on hard and/or soft FM issues. Whilst the Director’s technical expertise covers all aspects of the FM/property management business spectrum, our company has available further resources whose extensive specialist experience has resulted from working at a high level in both supplier and in-house client departments.
