Chartered Building Surveyor - Building surveying is one of the widest areas of surveying practice. Chartered building surveyors are involved in all aspects of property and construction from supervising large mixed-use developments to planning domestic extensions. This varied workload can include everything from the conservation and restoration of historic buildings to contemporary new developments.​​

Chartered Valuation Surveyor - Accurate valuations are vital to a healthy property market and a stable economy, forming the basis of performance analysis, financing decisions, transactional or development advice, dispute resolution and taxation. RICS surveyors follow robust practice standards to deliver high quality valuations. Specialist valuers operate across a wide range of asset types, working in both the public and private sector, though the most common asset classes include commercial, residential or rural property.

Chartered Project Management Surveyor - Project managers occupy a central role in the development process, driving the successful completion of projects. Typically, project managers will be appointed at the beginning of a project and will assist the client in developing the project brief and then selecting, appointing and coordinating the project team. He or she will then usually represent the client throughout the full development process managing the inputs from the client, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
