Since 2010, our customers have trusted DNM Engineering Ltd to deliver professional Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration solutions. We have built a strong reputation, securing commercial contracts with well-known clients across the hospitality sector—including restaurants, pubs, fast food outlets, and hotels—by prioritising reliability, innovation, and customer-first service whilst maintaining friendly yet professional relationships.

Whilst we have limited direct experience of government/public sector contracts, this is an untapped area we are keen to support. Our experience has been supporting major blue chip clients since our first major contract was secured in 2012 with the Park Inn Hotel, York, which marked the beginning of our expansion into multi-site service delivery.

To this day, we have developed nationwide coverage, employing engineers across the UK to support a wide range of clients including Patisserie Valerie, IRG, Domino’s, Subway, Nestle and major hotel brands such as Hampton by Hilton, Ibis, and Holiday Inn.

Our core service areas include refrigeration systems, air conditioning, and duct/extraction cleaning. We offer both one-off works and fully managed maintenance contracts, with KPI-driven service delivery to ensure accountability, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 2017, we secured a significant multi-site contract with Stonegate Pub Company, initially awarded for three years and later extended to a rolling contract in recognition of our consistent high performance. During this period, we achieved multiple “Contractor of the Month” awards and consistently exceeded KPIs, particularly in emergency callout performance, including 4-hour and 24-hour response targets.

Our experienced engineering team has expanded significantly alongside the business, with continuous investment in training and development. Our engineers are qualified across a range of disciplines, including F-Gas, Hydrocarbons, CSCS, PASMA, and Powered Access, enabling us to deliver safe, compliant, and technically proficient services across diverse environments.

We work collaboratively with clients to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions that minimise downtime, extend asset lifespan, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Our experience in high-demand, customer-facing environments translates directly into the public sector, where reliability and rapid response are equally essential.
