We specialise in all four elements of physical asset management, creating a solution for you from tags (barcode labels or RFID microchips), asset discovery, (logging all items or M&E at your premises), supplying mobile scanners, and our own web based software to manage all your records.

Our friendly team responds to requests quickly and appropriately. We work closely with our clients to develop an understanding of their needs and support them throughout the roll out process.

We’re experienced and knowledgeable: We know a great deal about tagging and describing a wide range of property. We have extensive experience of working with many asset categories such as AV, IT, catering, medical, sports goods and furniture. Enquiries are growing for M&E audits, creating fixed equipment registers for ongoing planned maintenance.

We offer security and reassurance: Assets are a confidential subject and we treat them as such. Sensitivity and respect for client property is an important consideration. All our auditors or contractors are DBS checked and we are insured up to £5m for public liability. Method statements and risk assessments are available on request.

We are independent: ASSETtrac is owned by its directors and we have no allegiance to any supplier so we can specify the most cost effective labels and hand held devices.

We are flexible: We can carry out auditing at night, at weekends or in school holidays so that we don’t get in the way of your business processes. Inventories are usually published to Cloud databases for ongoing management with daily secure backup and instantly retrieved at anytime from anywhere.

What makes us different: Many companies supply labels, or scanners, or software, but few to our knowledge provide the entire asset life cycle service, including training and technical support. Read more about the process.
