PRE-EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT

Having a skilled workforce is key to the long term success of a company. We deliver a range of nationally accredited programmes across a range of sectors that up skill job seekers before they enter in to employment. Our pre-employment academies deliver tailor made programmes that have been written in partnership with employers who are looking for new staff. The programmes are accredited by City & Guilds and are fully funded by the European Skills Funding Agency.

Through our partnerships with Job Centres, Work programme providers and community organisations we are able to assess suitable candidates, deliver high impact sector specific vocational training and put the candidates forward for employers to interview for suitable vacancies. Employers are able to select and interview candidates who are attending any of our sector specific Academies. Alternatively, we can set up a tailor made Academy based around an employer’s specific standard operating procedures. Our programmes are proven to reduce HR’s involvement in the recruitment process by 90%.

APPRENTICESHIPS

Learning on the job through an apprenticeship is the ideal way to develop skills, achieve nationally recognised qualifications and enhance future career prospects. Apprenticeships focus on high relevance employability skills and include the continued development of English and maths. Undertaking an Apprenticeship means paid employment from day one, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

OUR PROGRAMME

Our apprenticeship programme gives young people the opportunity to work for a real employer, earn a real salary and gain a real qualification whilst gaining valuable workplace skills and experience. Apprenticeships are nationally accredited programmes that involved a competency qualification, knowledge qualification and accredited support with English and Maths.

We work with local employers to link local job seekers to vacancies. For Employers, taking on an apprentice is a cost effective way of supporting an investment in the company’s future workforce. Anyone that’s living in England, over 16 years old and not in full-time education can apply to be an apprentice. Quality is key to Apprenticeships. All Apprenticeships must be at least 12 months long and lead to a national qualification that is respected by employers around the world.
