Welcome to Wilcomatic. We are the UK’s leading supplier of vehicle wash equipment and maintenance with more than 1600 installations under contract. We estimate that Wilcomatic car wash units clean more than 20 million vehicles a year.
Wilcomatic manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of car wash equipment, from a choice of jet wash systems for forecourt and commercial applications, to a variety of roll over car wash units, ranging from the economic Leanus C16e, right the way up to multifunctional high speed Quantus and conveyor systems.
Wilcomatic also offers a DIY range, which includes air and water towers, vacuums, and multi valet jet wash centres for individual forecourts or integrated commercial systems. Our truck and bus wash division can provide you with all your lorry, bus or coach cleaning requirements, from portable and static power washes to roll over drive through bus and lorry units. We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously, and help by offering rainwater harvesting, water recycling and environmentally friendly chemicals as approved by Defra.
Wilcomatic and its sister companies Working Water, Archway TCS and Wickham Gensol supply the complete range of wash equipment for virtually all vehicle types, of any shape or size. Wilcomatic’s aftersales service is second to none, with around 70 engineers based throughout the UK, meaning you are always within easy reach of at least one of our operatives. We use no sub-contractors for any work, including water recycling maintenance and bay cleaning, and we are the only UK company to employ our own engineers in both Northern and Southern Ireland. The Wilcomatic Service Division is the largest in the sector and includes four regional managers, 59 service engineers and 11 chemical technicians/water recycling engineers.
Electronic data transfer, including photographs between engineers and offices is used for diagnostic consultations, real time reporting and additional reporting capabilities. Each engineer is equipped with a laptop with a unique parts identification program to identify spare parts, electrical drawings and manuals for all the makes and models of carwash we manage. The commercial range comprises of caustic and non-caustic chemicals which are safe for train and tram, needless to say we have a comprehensive range for all segments within the vehicle washing market.
We are able to supply in 20ltr, 205ltr, 1000ltr and also a chemical top up service for car wash, commercial and train / tram sites.
