Presenting Your Case

Clerks Associates UK recognises the time consuming and cost implications to organisations for Hearings, admission authorities in presenting their case at  reviews and appeals.

A member of our team of trained experienced consultants will be assigned to work closely with you. We will visit your school, liaise with Headteachers and Admission Officers pulling together the school’s case and presenting it on your behalf to the parents and independent appeals panel.

You can be confident in the knowledge that your case will be presented professionally, thus enabling you to spend more time on key educational business e.g. teaching and raising educational achievement, curriculum management, preparing for the new OFSTED framework and inspection.

‘The Admission authority arranging the appeal should provide a presenting officer who must present their decision not to admit the child as clearly as possible and giving all the relevant information’ (DfE School Admission Appeals Code).
