ABOUT US
Careers, Employability and Coaching Services
Franklin Hammond specialises in delivering high‑quality careers advice, employability support and personalised coaching for young people aged 16–24 who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), or at risk of becoming NEET. We work with schools, colleges, local authorities and community partners to ensure young people have the guidance, confidence and practical tools they need to progress into meaningful education, training or employment pathways.
We also deliver targeted programmes for adults facing barriers to work. This includes our partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, where we provide tailored careers and employability advice to migrants, supporting them to understand the UK labour market, build confidence, and move closer to sustainable employment.
Our team brings extensive experience in CEIAG (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance), coaching, and employability interventions designed to empower individuals and strengthen communities.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to ensure that every young person—particularly those furthest from opportunity—has access to the guidance, support and encouragement they need to take their next steps with confidence. We are committed to reducing the number of young people who become NEET by providing early intervention, targeted support and high‑impact careers guidance.
We also work to remove barriers for adults who are new to the UK or who face challenges accessing the labour market, helping them build the skills, knowledge and self‑belief required to progress.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to deliver impactful, person‑centred career guidance that inspires individuals to realise their potential, raise aspirations and build long‑term confidence. We aim to be a trusted partner to education providers, local authorities and community organisations, delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based employability support that changes lives.
