REFURBISHMENT, RESTORATION, CONSERVATION
Working in this field is possibly one of the most challenging and difficult areas of construction. It is this field however in which we strive with our vast experience and expertise we can guide our clients through the project from start to finish. We have experience of refurbishing or converting Grade I and II listed buildings into living accommodation. We specialise in working with lime mortars, such as pointing and rendering works. Roofing works including traditional welsh slate roofing and stone tiles. With over 100 years of combined craftsmanship and construction expertise. This is combined with first-hand experience gained on a wide variety of successfully completed refurbishment and conservation projects.

BARN CONVERSIONS
As a company based in the heart of Mid wales at the foot of the gospel pass with the Black Mountains to one side and the Brecon Beacons to the other with farming very much at the heart of the community. We would consider barn conversions our bread and butter with them making up a large proportion of our landscape. Barn conversions require great skill and care at the not only the build stage but the planning stage too. With such care required during the build process when dealing with unstable walls and roof structures it is paramount the process if carefully understood prior to works commencing. Our team of skilled operatives cover all the areas required to undertake a successful Barn conversion. Ranging from careful excavation and underpinning works, stone work and structural supporting works to skilled works in the roof with often old oak trusses requiring care and attention to provide the new basis for the roof coverings.
