About Us
We are a leading, award-winning construction and civil engineering company based in the west of Scotland offering a comprehensive range of integrated services to a varied client base.
We undertake a diverse range of works including earthworks, heavy civil engineering, groundworks, commercial and industrial buildings, electricity sub-stations, and both social and bespoke private housing. Complementing our civil engineering expertise, we also offer specialised aviation services under our Skyhook Helicopters brand.
We are proud to have successfully delivered more than 600 projects across Argyll, the Highlands & Islands and beyond to date, and to be able to provide sustainable employment opportunities to many local people.
Whilst we have expanded and diversified over the years, we are still a family business, embedded in the local community and operating with the same core values of safety, integrity and excellence that have shaped our operations for almost half a century.

Founded on the Isle of Mull, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality civil engineering and construction projects across the West Coast of Scotland and beyond.
Our operations are centred around Oban and Fort William but our project reach extends from Inveraray in South Argyll, to Inverpolly in Wester Ross.
Our ability to mobilise quickly across such a wide geographical area demonstrates both our capacity and flexibility to meet client needs across the West Highlands and Islands.
We employ a predominantly self-delivery model, with a direct workforce of approximately 150 skilled operatives, the majority of whom are based locally. This model is supported by a significant modern fleet of plant and equipment, allowing us to maintain high levels of control, quality and responsiveness across all projects.
