Our Engineers are qualified to work in all catering environments and disciplines and hold all major accreditations and qualifications needed to work safely and professionally in your kitchen.
Services
Catercall offer a wide range of service & maintenance solutions covering the whole of the UK. We carry out planned preventative maintenance, service breakdown calls and equipment installation including interlocking devices and gas certification. We are a Britannia Safe Contractor, CHAS and Constructionline accredited company and our public and employers' liability insurance covers £10 million. We are Gas Safe registered (number 71271) and all engineers hold ACS / ComCat 1–2–3–5 and LPG Changeover. Our install team holds ICPN1 / TPCP1 / TPCP1A, commercial pipe install, tightness testing and system purging licences.

We offer kitchen appliance maintenance and repair, which covers a host of commercial catering equipment including microwave ovens to ensure your kitchen remains fully operational by way of planned maintenance or emergency repair. |
The catering specific gas safety inspection ( CP42 ) inspects and confirms appliance gas tightness and operational suitability, gas supply rail and Caterflex hose compliance, functionality of safety features, performance of the extraction and ventilation system including the air quality readings, identifying Co2 levels, Safety isolation features and gas interlock performance. CP42 inspection can be arranged through our helpdesk, large kitchens 6 gas appliances plus, will require a weeks notice, however small kitchens typically take between two and four hour visits to complete and can be arranged on the next available slot. Our specialist project team offer full installation capability, from minor upgrades, gas interlock install to full bespoke projects. Through our unique partnerships we are able to fully integrate the best equipment and services on every project. |
From appliance breakdown to routine maintenance we offer full product knowledge on all warewash appliances, waste disposal and pre-rinse systems. Where required we work closely with manufacturers for bespoke system installations, specialist condense hood fabrication, bio waste management and water filtration systems. |

We at Catercall pride ourselves on our depth of our diverse knowledge, from designer suited islands to the Pan Asian theatre cooklines we offer a wealth of experience. Fully competent with specialist cookware such as tandoor ovens, open flame grills, wok suites and stone based display ovens. This is evidenced in our development of our own heavy duty Stock burner ranges. Designed for the Asian banquets we have developed a robust, serviceable range, designed for delivering high performance over a long term. |
