A family business established in 1973, we are a quality assured multi-product stockist, offering many services including fabrication, drilling, sawing, shearing, profiling and grinding in addition to our wide stockholding capabilities, with full traceability on our steel. As a legal requirement, Tamworth Steel is fully compliant with UKCA requirements to BS EN 1090-1 (formerly CE marking) and can manufacture structural steel fabrications up to and including Execution Class 2.

FABRICATION

We offer a wide range of fabrication services catering for both the commercial and domestic markets, with bespoke technical fabrication a speciality at Camp Steel’s Tripark site and at the in-house fabrication facilities at Tamworth Steel. The Tamworth Steel Group has been audited by the Steel Construction Certification Scheme (SCCS) and is proud to be fully compliant with UKCA requirements to BS EN 1090-1 (formally CE marking) and can manufacture structural steel fabrications up to and including Execution Class 2.

Our team of qualified welders specialise in TIG and MIG welding and our wealth of experience and knowledge, high quality workmanship and flexible approach to your requirements means we can handle everything from one off custom made fabrications to large volume production - no job too big or too small.

In addition to the more usual fabricated beams for house extensions or staircases for industrial properties, our adaptability to all types of work has also seen us fabricate and powder coat frames for a local award winning artist to display her work, create and install a beautiful balcony and manufacture a new DJ set for a trendy bar in Brighton, so whatever you are looking for, we can do it for you!
