About Us

Gourmet Classic Limited is a proudly British Company which produces sauces and ingredients.

We produce Sleepeasy Sauces which are plant based, preservative free and stored ambient.  These sauces are Allergen Free* and suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians, Gluten Free and Lactose Free.

Established in 1998 with the invention of Cooking Wine, we have grown year-on-year, supplying restaurants and hotels with over 5 million litres per annum.

We moved to our purpose-built food production plant in 2015 and are currently Europe’s leading manufacturer of Cold Brew Coffee.  Our bag-in-box contract packing facility is also the most competitive in the country.
