Founder and Executive Director
Richard Gadd joined the British Army as a private soldier, aged 18 with two A’ Levels. Now a disabled veteran, he is currently studying for his third Masters, has three Level 7 professional qualifications, was previously a Fellow of four international institutions, and is an accredited Senior Healthcare Manager, Management Consultant, and Executive Coach and Mentor

We are intrinsically motivated to help good people. We work best with clients with a #growthmindset, who are prepared to be constructively challenged in a safe, non-judgemental, and good-humoured environment. We are generally disinclined to work with ‘Alpha’ personality types, and those expressing either entitlement or arrogance
