Hayley Bilantz

Hayley Bilantz is the Founding Director of LEAD. She is a consultant psychologist, an established speaker, facilitator and coach, with a wealth of experience in leadership/management development, performance and human potential and transformational change. Hayley is passionate about helping people and organisations to reach their full potential and create great impact.

Hayley has had considerable leadership experience, having held several senior training and development positions within major organisations. She has led teams, change programmes and trained and coached at the senior level across many sectors including professional services, blue light professions, IT, aviation, pharmaceuticals, retail and the media, and across borders, including America, most of Asia and Central Europe.

LEAD partners with some of the world’s leading organisations. Clients include: - Tesco, Pladis, McVities, Fairfield Residential Care, AstraZeneca, Sanofi Aventis, Giraffe, Results International, Society Generale, Royal Mail, Heathrow, AQA, Kuwait Investment Authority, West Midlands Police, The Police Federation, Samaritans.
