IJF Property Consultants are one of the most established providers of stock condition surveys in the UK. We are suitably placed to undertake every type of property service such as building projects; building surveys; traditional professional services such as dilapidations and neighbourly disputes; compliance surveys and advice; and drone surveys throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Asset Management
- Asset Management is about processes and strategies helping to make the right decisions. Our services range from major stock survey procurement and condition surveys, data collection, software advice, through to business planning advice and strategy and decarbonisation advice for net zero carbon targets. Our people have the expertise to assist Asset Managers with small or extensive portfolios
Building Surveys
- IJF’s people have been undertaking building surveys for over thirty years and are highly experienced in every possible property sector, every possible building type and every possible survey type. We provide every possible survey type from the diagnosis of defects such as damp, mould, cracks; through to full building condition surveys; pre-acquisition surveys; heritage surveys of historic buildings; measured surveys; compliance (fire, energy, water) surveys
Dilapidations
- Our professional services’ team provide all aspects of dilapidations’ services ranging from a simple schedule of condition for attachment to a lease, through to complex disputes. We act on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Each case is unique and we ensure that the service and advice of our chartered professionals reflects this.
Domestic Homeowners
- Within the Domestic Sector we undertake a fully comprehensive design and contract administration service from a small house extension, through to major refurbishment and remodeling. Or you may have a dispute with an existing or recently completed project and are seeking advice from an expert
Drone Surveys
- Our property experts are licensed to undertake drone surveys, providing safe and efficient access to inspect roofs and other hard to reach high level areas. Party Walls
- The Party Wall etc Act 1996 confers certain rights and obligations on owners for work to party walls; to excavations close to structures; and to construction on boundaries. Our appointed chartered building surveyors are duty bound to take a practical and impartial view within the framework of the Act. Projects
- Following the RIBA Stages of Work, our multidisciplined project team will take you from the initial feasibility report, through detailed design, contract administration and project completion and handover. Full construction health and safety (CDM) advice will be provided throughout.

We pride ourselves as being similar to emergency service teams as we are never off duty.
