At Cameron-Rees, we're redefining what it means to lead, and work with, others, in ever-changing workplaces. This also leads to the majority of professional managers having to find their own way through the challenges, before they are supported with any management and leadership support. This can lead to unclear practices, lack of clarity for employees and lower performance amongst teams – and frustration and challenge for the Manager.
