UK Manufacture

Earthmerch champions UK manufacture.  Particularly sought after is our expertise within knitwear.    

We make ultra-soft organic blankets to fashion pieces and evergreen classics.  Our master knit technicians can produce near photographic reproduction of your image or brand assets. 

Short lead times, low MOQs and reduced C02 from transportation, means UK manufacture can smash those CSR targets.

Being sustainable is not only business critical for many of our customers, it’s commercially viable too. 

Licence and Services

Earthmerch partners with some of the UK’s best loved boutique festivals.  Design-led pieces that become classics; as our merch collections frequently sell out. 

Central to this is the Earthmerch team, who build genuine connections with festival-goers.  It’s an approach that works, our sales have rocketed.

UK’s First AI Conference

These Ocean Bottles were made for the UK’s historic AI conference.  Durable stainless steel with a min of 65% recycled material.  Each bottle collects the equivalent of 1k ocean bound plastic bottles globally.  Laser engraved

Knit on Demand

We made this in a commercially friendly recycled acrylic.  Manufactured in the UK to zero waste.  Our facility is a Social Enterprise & pays the National Living Wage.

From Fridges to Fridge Magnets

These ornaments and keyrings are manufactured in the UK from recycled fridge and yoghurt pots.  Recycled / recyclable and we’re excited for the R+, a kerbside biodegradable polymer.

Recycled Yarns 

We love this Thin Lizzy jumper.  Each size separately templated to ensure the embroidered patch was perfectly placed.  Some may not have noticed, but we love detail.  GRS-certified recycled acrylic, UK manufactured.

Enamel Keyrings & Badges

We make enamel badges and keyrings in every shape, including 3D.  From premium quality to fun, budget friendly options, we help guide you through the finishes.  Our supplier chain is audited to the highest international standards. 

Organic & Recycled Cotton T-shirts

We use organic and recycled cotton, to reduce harmful pesticides and chemicals.  The result is improved soil health and farmers health.  Always look for GOTs to be confident of quality.

Print Techniques

We work with water based inks.  This means the colour is suspended in water, rather than oil or plastic.  It’s a trickier finish, but worth it for the soft in hand feel, which washes beautifully.  Phthalate-free too.

Headwear

With patches, print and embroidery often customer favourites, there are fantastic advances in sustainable trims and finishes.  We share our expertise so you can know what best suits your design and budget. 

Totes

No merch company is complete without a few totes up their sleeve.  This one is a recycled canvas, so its heavy weight, durability and simple design means it’s a keeper.

VIP Lanyard Cards

Biodegradable finish on FSC card in a solar powered facility.  Chosen for it’s zero waste to landfill policy.  That means 100% of waste paper is compacted for closed loop recycling.

Repurposed Lanyards

Lanyards are a constant talking point for our conference clients. Earthmerch partners with a specialist organisation that repurposes event collateral.  we can even share some qualitative reporting, on request.

Design

The Beatles Revolver album design is of course iconic.  It was a great privilege to collaborate with our designers on this project, bringing a new to market look exclusively for Abbey Road Studios

Licencing the Beatles

This scarf is our favourite within a range of officially licenced Beatles products.  We racked up a few samples to get the faces just right, but we love the result and the licence is in robust shape because of it.  Manufactured in the UK.

Bespoke Products

Earthmerch is an official BBC supplier.  We are proud to meet and excel  the BBC’s objectives to put social, environmental and economic sustainability at the heart of what they buy.  We loved creating this Bee friendly Grow Bar.  Tested at Earthmerch HQ too!

Beautifully Soft Blankets

Our beautifully soft organic cotton blankets are a testament to the master knit technicians at our facility.  We bespoke dye and blend yarns to do justice to the incredible design.  Manufactured in the UK from organic cotton, recycled yarns, cashmere and lambswool.
