Acquisition Planning and Design

CEP Telecoms Acquisition and Planning team many of whom are RICS and/or RTPI Chartered are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds (ex-operator; private practice; infrastructure providers; local authority planning) giving our team specialist industry insight and expertise.

We have been at the forefront of new site rollout for operator clients since 2001 and more recently instrumental in the largest UK 5G Street Works roll out. Our experience in acquisition, planning and design is unrivalled in the UK having been responsible for tens of thousands of telecommunication installations. Our team has extensive first-hand experience of the acquisition and planning process from site selection right through to build handover.

 

Deployment

CEP Telecoms’ deployment department provide a full range of services; whether the requirement is for an individual new site, large volume roll out or development of a new network.

Our deployment department can provide both individual services and full end to end delivery from initial site search through to the integration and commissioning of the sites.

Our deployment director has over twenty years’ experience within the telecommunications sector.

 

Construction of Telecommunication Sites

CEP Telecoms offers a comprehensive construction service across England, Scotland and Wales. This critical function is led by a fully trained team who are enthusiastic about delivering sites of the highest standard. 

We have worked on behalf of all major UK Operators across Greenfield, Rooftop and Streetwork sites, all of which are meticulously tailored to the exact requirements of our clients even in the most challenging conditions. Our construction teams are trained to undertake a wide range of activities on site that include the full build process.

 

Telecoms Valuations

We have an experienced in-house team of Registered Valuers accredited by the RICS. Our valuation team are used to valuing assets for a range of purposes including land acquisition, Stamp Duty and Compulsory Purchase.
We act in accordance with RICS professional standards and are used to dealing with large numbers of complex valuations at any one time.

We pride ourselves upon our professionalism as well as completing our work within the timescales required by our clients.

 

Telecoms Estate Management

CEP Telecoms has been involved in supporting the Estate Management of many of the UK’s leading telecoms companies. We have acted in thousands of lease renewals across the UK covering both the old and new telecoms codes.

Temporary Sites and Special Events

We provide a fully managed service for the deployment, recovery, storage and maintenance of temporary sites. Temporary coverage is provided for special events using mobile cell sites. We undertake complete special event planning and management, including neighboring cell enhancements as well as temporary site deployments.
