CareScribe is an award-winning assistive technology company based in Bristol, UK.

We're on a mission to build an inclusive and accessible world for people who are disabled or neurodivergent.

Founded in 2020 by an NHS Doctor, strategy consultant, and software engineer, CareScribe is on a mission to make the world more accessible. We build assistive technology which levels the playing field for people with disabilities and enables users to be more independent in their studies and at work.

CareScribe’s products are used by some of the UK’s most prestigious Russell Group universities, as well as FTSE 100 companies. We’ve even got an award win under our belt.

Why this drives us

We’re AT users ourselves : Two of CareScribe’s founders used assistive technology throughout their time at University and it transformed their studies.

Inclusion still has a way to go : Disabled and neurodiverse people often face disadvantages at work and in education. We want to help create a more inclusive society.

Aiming for an accessible world : An accessible future means making assistive technology available by default. We want to create the tech that gets us there.

Creating impactful change : Our products have been described as a “god send”. This kind of feedback is what drives us to continue creating impactful tech.

We invested in a Head of Customer Success and UX researcher early doors so that we could embed the voice of the end user into the products we create and iterate. We take customer feedback seriously and infuse this into the products we build and this human-centred approach bleeds into everything we do.
