Steve has worked in the research industry for 15 years, much of it within the public sector within Education. He has a hands on approach to the work at Clicked, focussing on delivering strong and commercially sensitive research and insights for a wide range of clients. His specific area of interest is in the effective development and communication of products and services. He has the unique ability to deliver complex research debriefs in a modern, simple and compelling way.
Neil is the Quantitative lead at Clicked. In previous roles he has headed up public sector agency research teams and is highly experienced in working with both central and local government – often on high profile and potentially sensitive topics. He has a wide range of specialisms, including customer satisfaction evaluation, brand re-positioning, communications development and advertising tracking. He also has substantial experience of qualitative research - running deliberative events, group discussions and depth interviews including those with C-suite personnel.
Simone combines the passion and skills for qualitative research as well as quantitative testing and data analysis. She has been working with mixed method designs for the past 7 years. Her background in psychology and a passion for online media and communications provides the ideal combination for a good UX researcher.
Avril is our user experience consultant. For Avril it’s all about solving real problems in the digital world for all kinds of people. With 17 years of digital experience under her belt, she has specialised in user experience for the past 5, building up a toolkit of methods and techniques to help her create insightful yet simple solutions to our client's complex problems.
