PR & Reputation

We’ve delivered PR and reputation management programmes for clients for 28 years. From narrative development and creative ideation to multi award-winning campaigns and crisis communications.

Horses in supermarkets; gold post-boxes; crazy photoshoots; new beers; old spirits; global superstars and local heroes – our work in PR has adapted as the industry, the media and the technology has evolved. Now more than ever, the way in which a brand, business or organisation engages with journalists can set it up for success or determine its failure.

The major difference today for earned media is the speed of engagement and the role of creative thinking in developing kick-ass ideas that clients and media lap up.

This approach may be why UK Export Finance (UKEF) has recently appointed Eulogy to help build the reputation of UKEF within the business sector with a particular focus on the SME audience and the key objective of ensuring ‘no viable export fails’.

Creative & Production

From hard-working social assets produced by our in-house studio, to rich ad production and now innovative OOH formats – the past few years have seen our creative and production delivery increase in terms of volume, creative innovation and impact.

Testament to our creative growth has been featuring in Campaign magazine, and winning creative awards for our work with Sharp’s (Molson Coors), plus  significant nominations across our client portfolio. Our creative work is born out of audience insights and trends utilising humour, creative storytelling and being focused on channel relevance.

The past three years have seen us create hundreds of pieces of social-born content across world-leading partnerships including BST Hyde Park, Wilderness and All Points East through to Premier League sponsorship and Wimbledon. Our campaign for the launch of Britain's new National Energy System Operator (NESO) has seen us develop the brand strategy and messaging, manage five different on-location film shoots, and launch a nationwide D/OOH campaign for the first time with hundreds of supporting paid social assets.

Social & Influence

Social works alongside earned media, driving influence in ways that are complementary but inherently channel-first. Social is our new heartbeat, born from the realisation that organisations need wrap-around integrated comms that extend the life and impact of PR but that also show up where their audiences are, without fail. We are relied on for trend-led creative; strategic and crisis counsel as well as advice for global, marketing-led brands in highly regulated industries.

Our work has been pivotal in transforming Amex to become a lifestyle brand through the window of social; creating social that is born from the communities we're looking to engage, rather than repurposed broadcast ad creative. Social works alongside earned media, driving influence in ways that are complementary but inherently channel-first. Our work with Royal Mail, NatWest and FREENOW are all great examples.

As Liquid Death’s only EMEA agency, we help the world’s fastest growing water brand generate vast quantities of UGC from the most eccentric and funniest influencers in the UK whilst delivering media exposure through a PR programme that other FMCG Brands can only dream about.

Advertising & Media

Eulogy sits squarely at the intersection of creative, production and media. We launched our first OOH campaign for Doro in 2019 (the leader in technology for older people); and produced our first TVC two years later. Since then we have been innovating on new channels whilst delivering results with impact.

In 2024 we turbocharged our high-spec creative production projects, developing our paid media capabilities to include PPC, always-on paid social and nationwide D/OOH. Launching NESO’s first national, multi-channel D/OOH and paid social-led brand campaign has been a 2024 highlight.  For American Express we have developed bigger creative across paid social, DOOH and, for the first time, Video On Demand on Amazon Prime Video, with results smashing brand and industry benchmarks.

Our ongoing work for Russell group university, Queen Mary, delivering long term reputation campaigns, creative execution, large scale global paid media and events & production shows what Eulogy can deliver with integrated work across all four of our key service areas.

Issues & Crisis

We have a dedicated crisis and issues team who live and breathe problems and disasters. We’ve dealt with major global aviation crisis comms (Monarch) with a team in house at the Civil Aviation Authority 24/7 for three weeks. We’ve recently helped manage the impact of significant data breaches for global brands - one of which resulted in the biggest ever content leaks for Netflix.

We’ve helped navigate poisonings, public heath scares and product recalls. We’ve soothed shoulders of family squabbles, supported shareholders through hostile takeovers, and helped support busy executives through global downsizing programmes. We’ve also delivered countless crisis training workshops, mock scenario exercises and year-long crisis preparedness programmes. If it’s broken, we help fix it.
