Having recently taken up a new post in my organisation and being given the mighty task of running our current Twitter account and updating our social media strategy with other platforms, the Diploma has opened my eyes to how vital it is that we stop shying away from social media and embrace it as the way forward in sharing our message and engaging with the public.
