Two of English Heritage's historic properties will feature as locations in Antiques Roadshow this year.

Over the summer the television series will visit Eltham Palace and Gardense, an art deco mansion incorporating a medieval hall in London, and Wrest Park, a grand 19th-century country house in Bedfordshire.

Members of the public are encouraged to dust off their family heirlooms and raid their attics for free expert advice and valuations. Whether it's a valuable painting or a modest cup and saucer, everyone will get an expert opinion.

Antiques Roadshow has previously filmed at other English Heritage historic places including Audley End HouseBolsover Castle and Walmer Castle. Last year the crew filmed at Osborne, Queen Victoria's seasise home on the Isle of Wight, with episodes due to air on BBC One this spring.
