The sixth annual Public Service Communications Academy will feature over 30 masterclasses and workshops covering the themes of Raising our Standards, Strengthening our Democracy and Delivering for our Communities.
The Academy is GCS’ largest training and networking event of the year. The programme has something for everyone, regardless of organisation or primary discipline, from brilliant basics (including masterclasses on insight and evaluation, internal communications, external affairs and strategic communications) to the Accelerate digital training programme, countering disinformation, and the Year of Marketing .
The Academy counts towards delegates’ GCS Continuous Professional Development activity and Professional Development Plan. The Academy is not only the best professional development event of its kind, but a fantastic opportunity to build constructive partnerships and network with colleagues from across all UK public services.
GCS Members Ticket Offer
The Public Service Communication Academy will be held 5 and 6 November in at the majestic Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. Tickets for the Academy are offered free to registered GCS members*, available on a first come first served basis, one ticket per member per day – delegates may attend both days but must book each day separately.
