Building standards verification service: workforce strategy

A workforce strategy to create a first-class and sustainable building standards service for the future.

The strategy aims to increase learning and development options for staff and help raise the profile and esteem of the building standards profession. Actions are designed to balance the demographic of the workforce and encourage those with transferrable skills who are looking for a change to see building standards as a rewarding career choice.
