The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published Marketing green heating and insulation products.

The guidance is intended for businesses who are marketing green heating and insulation products, to help them understand and comply with their existing obligations under consumer protection law.

This advice sets out several compliance principles and also provides illustrative examples of how these principles can be applied to different marketing claims.
