Call for blogs: SME Campaign Week 2020 #procuring4growth
Call for blogs: The week will explore the role SMEs play in the transformation and delivery of public services and the barriers they face.
The Central Government programme will be running our fifth SME Campaign Week from 23 -27 March. The week aims to explore the barriers SMEs face in accessing the public sector tech market and it will give members and stakeholders the opportunity to look more in depth at the vital role SMEs can play in the transformation and delivery of public services.
A different theme has been assigned to each day of the campaign week; we would love to hear from both SMEs and large companies on future public services and the innovative technologies that can make that vision a reality, the importance of data security, developing the right skills set for digital transformation and the importance of collaboration between SMEs and primes and how they're #procuring4growth.
If you would like to contribute to this campaign week, we would require a blog piece of around 400-600 words, a blog title, and a 150-character description for the sub-title. You can read our contributor guidelines in more detail here. The blogs will feature on the techUK website and be promoted via Twitter throughout the week. If anyone is interested in contributing a blog for one or more of the below themes, please do send your blog through to email@example.com no later than Friday 20 March.
- Monday 23 March – What will future public services look like?
- Tuesday 24 March – The use of current and future innovative technologies in public services delivery
- Wednesday 25 March – Driving innovation through collaboration
- Thursday 26 March – Data, security and resilience
- Friday 27 March – Developing the right skills for digital transformation
