Common Framework for Public Procurement

The Welsh Government, UK government, Scottish Government and the Northern Ireland Executive have co-drafted a Common Framework for public procurement to promote transparency.

This is one of many framework agreements being put in place for devolved policy areas.

The purpose of the public procurement Common Framework is for devolved administrations and the UK government to give early notification to each other of any new proposals/consultations/policy or legislation which might have an impact on the UK internal market.
