Yesterday the Conservative Party launched it's 'Small Business Manifesto: Backing the businesses that create jobs' restating its commitment to making UK "the technology centre of Europe" by investing £6.9 billion in the UK's research infrastructure up to 2021 and supporting University Enterprise Zones.
