Professor David R Harper CBE gives evidence to the Foreign Affairs Committee on issues relating to the UK government's response to coronavirus.
Professor Harper, a senior consulting fellow in the Global Health programme at Chatham House, tackles the major issues relating to the UK government's response to Covid-19.
He is a former chief scientist and director general for health improvement and protection in the UK Department of Health, as well as a special adviser to the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva.
