Covid-19 resources and information for landlords in Wales
As the coronavirus outbreak continues, there has been some divergence between the UK government and the Welsh Government of late when it comes to measures to control the spread of the virus.
House moves in Wales can still only take place if they can not be postponed, but virtual viewings can continue where this is feasible.
The next review of the coronavirus regulations in Wales is due to take place on 18th June.
To help members keep-to-date with rules and announcements, we have created a new coronavirus webpage for landlords with properties in Wales.
Topics covered include the main differences when it comes to coronavirus and housing between England and Wales, EPCs and council tax, as well as information on the current eviction ban which applies to England and Wales and was recently extended.
The Welsh government has also published a wide range of advice for landlords and tenants at this time, including information about signposting tenants to financial support and information about a council tax reduction scheme.

Landlords can also read an update on some of the campaigning work of our Wales policy team and what we are calling for. There is also the facility for landlords to be able to write to their Members of the Senedd.
