DWP publishes latest newsletter for landlords
The Department for Work and Pensions has published the latest engagement newsletter for landlords and agents.
The newsletter, which can be accessed on the DWP’s website here, covers latest news relating Universal Credit. This includes details of the roll out of a new managed migration pilot scheme which began in Harrogate in July.
It also includes the latest statistics relating to Universal Credit, and top tips for landlords when it comes to making a claim ‘go smoothly’.
The newsletter also gives details of the Universal Credit Helpline, which will support private landlords with queries about deductions from benefit relating to routine rent payments. The number is 0800 328 5644, and the Welsh language number is 0800 328 1744.
