Engaging and communicating to support filing of Land Transaction Tax
How we’re helping people to pay the right tax at the right time at the Welsh Revenue Authority.
We’ve developed ‘Our Approach’ to explain how we want to work collaboratively with representatives, partner organisations, taxpayers and the public to help people pay the right amount of tax at the right time.
In this 2 minute animation, we explain how we’re using engagement and communication, as part of that approach, to help support legal representatives to file Land Transaction Tax.
We’re always encouraging feedback to make sure our approach is working. And we need user testers to help us improve our systems. If you’d like to be involved, please get in touch with us.
