European Statutory Instruments Committee publishes fourth report

Following the Committee's meeting on Tuesday 14 September, its fourth report of Session 2021-22 has been published.

The Committee agreed that the negative procedure should apply to the following instruments:

  • Markets in Financial Instruments, Benchmarks and Financial Promotions (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021
  • Social Security (Amendment) Regulations 2021
