Excellence Awards // P3 Charity – ACTion Lincs // Excellence in collaboration and partnership working
Next in our series of films promoting the winners of this year's Excellence Awards, we have a film showcasing the amazing work at P3 Charity – ACTion Lincs, the winner of the 'Excellence in collaboration and partnership working' category at this year's awards.
Led by P3, ACTion Lincs is a collaboration of 16 agencies who recognised the need to do things differently and work together to achieve sustainability and success for entrenched rough sleepers. A partnership of Housing Associations, charities, Lincolnshire’s seven district councils, Addaction, the local NHS Mental Health Trust and police are involved in delivering this project and within the first 15 months they have achieved success, with 90% of people who entered the service now being supported while living in their own accommodation.
